Within three weeks of Program award, successfully hired a core team of eight for a start-up program chartered to support Cisco’s Vendor Management Office (VMO), Customer Advocacy Group-United States IT Theater, India Partners, Finance and Cisco’s Legal Departments. Developed and executed communication strategy, policy, training programs for approximately 500 Cisco’s Program Managers focusing on full scope, sustainable IT Statements of Work, MOU’s and mods which mitigated risk, reduced cost; narrowing and identifying preferred vendors and terminating contracts for cause that affected approximately 500 Cisco vendors. Recognition from Cisco VMO, Legal and Program Managers for program start up and technical excellence.

·   Exceeded expectations in vendor cost reduction first month  through rigorous analysis of renewal agreements, directly negotiating $293,507.00 of savings for two renewals . Overall team savings over 1M for renewal agreements the first two months.
